Default Anyone else use Kettlebells?

Been throwing them around for about a month now. Started off with 20kg to get the form down. Using 2x24kg now. Best investment ever. Functional strength and cardio has improved drastically. Honestly, throw out any cross-trainers, exercise bikes and bulky multi-gyms. 2 of these bad boys is all you need if you want to stay lean or even put on a bit of size.

A workout that will leave you fucked takes 10 minutes MAX!

+1 to the what do you do.

Always liked the idea, but never tried them. Could you go through what you do, including weights, reps & sets?

For core strength ive been doing the baseball bat handles on about 27kg. Really does a good job for the sides of my stomach (im not good with muscle names)

I know about 10 exercises you can do with them, seem good but to get one heavy enough I would be forking out like £40 and it's just not worth it tbh

Haha 24's are too much. Back to the 20's for a bit.

I switch it up almost everyday but make sure I'm absolutely fucked. Every set till failure.

Check out a bloke called Steve Cotter??? On YouTube. By far the best instructional on technique I've come across so far.

it certainly looks fun, but i cant get over the fact that weight lifting is all about controlled movements, and here you are lugging a weight around with the increased potential for straining something in the process. not for me thanks but just my opinion.
