Hello again, much has happened since i left this thread!

My main aim is to bulk and them cut eventually. At the moment i dont care about having no definition etc as i know that can come at a later date.

Just want to bulk without harrasing my body!

Bulking or cutting, milk should not be a staple of your diet. Fuck it off for extra nut butter or rice. protein shakes should always be made with water!

Soya decreases testosterone, I dont go near it and never advise anyone to either. Goats milk is a more viable replacement to cows milk but still isnt something I would use as a staple. The only time I miss milk is in coffee or tea - to which I replace with low fat single cream anyway so I dont miss milk in my diet at all now.

What's the difference between the milk and cream?
