Read the reviews on the sites that sell them, most say they are a waste of money as are all fat loss pills.. Most just give you energy. Get dieting and get working out.

Seen an advert for them in a mag, not bothered with them as most of the reviews said they are pointless. They probs are pointless and won't work as 99% of all ''fat loss'' pills.
T5's are great but they are not magic pills. You have to work for fat loss.

T3 and albuterol. Otherwise fat loss pills are useless.

Been using Alli to cut some weight / body fat and it's been going well tbh
Can't say if it's helped for certain but cut out all the bad foods I was eating, gone down to about 2000 calories a day and lots of cardio as usual with BCAAs to limit muscle breakdown when doing fasted cardio of a morning

I used them before mate, whilst cutting...I lost the weight but these did next to nothing...
however when on the same diet and routine t5's etc have had an effect, definately in motivation if nothing else..
seriously if you want a pill that will aide your diet and training dizzy has the right idea!
Any herbal supp over the shelf will do next to nothing! It's almost a crime they sell this shit and get away with it imo...

Amazes me how people buy into the 'magic pill' bullshit when they seem quite sensible to begin with.
Train correctly, eat correctly, rest correctly and you will get results - period.

Im actually on T3 and Albuterol now. 75mcg T3 and 16mg albuterol ED. So far Ive gone from 12% to 9% Bodyfat in 3 weeks...
I'm also carb cycling and doing 3 days on 1 day off training so Its not as simple as take a pill and loose fat, they defo help though.
