Core workout? urgh hating that phrase. Kettle bells are brilliant bits of kit, Check out Dan john for tips and ideas. But doing kettlebell cleans, snatches, swings, goblet squats and getups is a pretty intense workout in itself.

kettlebells are a very good exercise tool to use as all of the movments you do with them are big compound movements.

although when using them make sure you have good form as if you are doing swings and you can feel it in your lower back then you are doing it wrong.

I've just got 1 x 20kg kettlebell so I do a lot of high rep workouts with it when I can't get to the gym..

I go to a gym in the city centre which is easier for me to go to before/during/after work... But it's too far to just nip to the gym if I'm not at work, so kettlebells are a perfect workout aid for me at home

Some routines are knackering as well! Good for strength and cardio I imagine!!

I downloaded kb fat loss & kb muscle apps on my Iphone...there cheap and give a brief idea of technique and a few workouts/exercises
