yeah a bit of a shitter mate, it's hard enough at times with a normal job.

my life is wake up, train, work, train and then cook all next days food. it's a routine though, and it fits just a pain with a job like yours not as feasible.

Yeah there lean and funny but I only listen to their humor. They give advice based on their own experiences which is fair enough, but everybody is different and we are speaking about two black guys who seemingly have decent genetics.

Nothing against their physiques but they speak opinion not scientific knowledge, some of what they say may be correct but some will be unreliable information.

when I was fasting I followed their fastingtwins youtube channel a lot to gauge how they targetted their diet in comparison to how I was and just to follow them oit of interest. Some of their info was misleading i thought, however it kept my spirits up whilst fasting.

Yeah its all about their experience lol. I tried that intermittent fasting but didn't really have results from it lol. Might be cos i rarely eat on am morning anyway lol.

I also started following them for advice but now its just for a laugh. Most of their recent videos are just having a laugh anyway lol

but they do make....ALLL KINDZAA GAINNNZZZ!!! always make me laugh when i watch them....easy for people with good genetics to tone up etc
still worth a watch though
