Red angel eye rings
hi was browsing on youtube for 106s and saxos when this stunning foreign white 106 came up. it had angle eye lights on it but the rings were bright red, now how on earth did he get them red as i thought the halo rings were a closed 1 piece. also if it can be done is there anyway of turning the rings of when on half beam or full beam. or is it just that that in the video you cant see it with his zenon hids 6k lights he also has.

ye i no thats why i was wondering if they could be turned of when half beam or main beam was on. but could be used at shows and things.

You can split the lights, then can buy different halo rings from eBay etc. With making them come on when you wont them on you would need to rewire the lights. Not worth the hassle imo.

It would be illegal to have red side lights fitted to a road car even if there turned off.

I did this on my 1.1 look at my thread
Maplins LEDs 4.99 just take put the LEDs in your halos and replace not that hard tbf mate if you arnt to bad a DIY jobs

suppose you could put them on a separate switch if you had a normal side light aswell
