Thumbs down Where do I apply starter fluid?

Hi guys I have a Citroen saxo 1,1 2000
I am trying to bring it back from the dead.
It won't start, I believe it's the fuel pump.
So I bought a starter fluid to test it, but not sure where in the air system to spray it.
Anyone knows?

I have some images in the link below.

In the throttle body, you need to take the airbox housing out first.

Thank you, the engine started for a sec so I will proceed with a new fuel pump.
