Like I said, I'd do it properly and get sliders to fit

Im confused, how is that any different to the original bolt holes?

Subframes seem to be £50+ which I didn't really want to spend

Original bolt holes are welded captive nuts iirc.

You could strengthen the floor to do it but for the price of proper saxo subframes just get the proper thing for the job. Then mount your slider rails on top of this. Theres a guy that sells them on here but I cant remember his name right now

Yeah I see what you guys mean now.

Someone is selling some of these but they are sparco...would they fit?



Obviously they are designed for a Saxo but I am not sure my Cobra seats would bolt to them....could I not just drill four holes in them to mount the seats to?

I have those sparco ones , they are on my sparco seats though so cant help with that part, i see no reason why you couldn't drill the holes in those like you say if they don't line up with the seat holes.
