Default Fitted wheel hub - scracting

Hello
I have fitted a RRS steeringwheel and wheel hub for my saxo, but it's scracting on the backside of the wheel hub when im turning the wheel.

I think I have tightened the bolt too much maybe or mounted it wrong, any ideas what nm I should tighten the bolt with or how to avoid the scratching?

Pictures of what part (red ring) there is scracting on my hub.

Found the solution - the wheel hub didnt fit the car.. Wrong part sold by the company, bought one from OMP which fitted perfect.
