sending bakc phone upgrades?

sending phones back when you upgrade

ive just renewed a contract with orange and there sending me a phone but she said if i dont like it etc they will swap ot for somthing else now how does this work do you just ring them up say you hate the phone and they ship a different one or do you actualy need a reason? also how many times will they keep swapping before they tell you to fuck off?

Basically you have up to 28 days under the trade and descriptions act but they normally restrict it to about 14 days with phones.

You do need a reason to return it, (poor signal reception in your area is most common) though the fact you dislike it is enough. You are obliged to return the phone and packiging as you recieved it so it needs to be pristine, with only enough usage to "test" it having taken place.

Though you could theoretically keep doing this the secondary phone you recieve will probably be your last as companys just wont send another.
