Yes it should work but I believe its writen in a 32bit format so you will not benifit from your 64bit os or processor. They will slow down to 32bit to run the game but shouldn't cause any problems. Most software is still being writen in a 32bit format as most people only ever buy the 32bit versions, although the 64bit is becoming more widely used so soon games will be produced in this format.... hopefully anyway
