iPhone and iTunes help - Saxperience

Need some help with syncronising my iPhone!!

Just went to update my software on my phone and once it try's to upload it to the phone I get an error message stating...

"iTunes could not connect to the iphone because an invalid response could not be recieved from the device"

Equally when I come to sync my phone and upload say 1 new track to it

it will sync for 2 mins and pop up saying not enough memory when I have like

1g free.

Can anyone shed any light on this please...

Do you have your phone formatted as a disk at all?
Do you have the latest version of iTunes installed (8.2.1.6)?
Is your phone jailbroken/unlocked?

No standard iphone 3g and yes have all the latest software. It was fine up untill about a week ago and ive had it about 4 months. Im going to try and re install iTunes.

Can you access the phone from windows explorer? Go to my computer when it's plugged in and it should list your phone. Double click it and try and browse through the contents.

If that's working I'd disconnect the phone and do a full reset by holding down the home button and power button for about 15 seconds. Once thats done try connecting it again.

Seems to be working now pal.

Re installed itunes and reset the phone.
