1.4i turbo upgrade options?
Is it possible to install a turbocharger on the 1.4i Furio engine? If so which would be suitable?
Cheers
Connor

Try the stickies at the top - there is a basic turbo guide in there!!!
And also try the search button!

Mapping costs and physical fitment of it etc cheaper than a vts engine swap? Yeah right...
If you could do all that yourself you wouldn't be asking this question too lol

turbo'ing a tu3 has been wavering in my mind for a while, going itb's now, but anyway, when i was doing a bit of research on it, the 1.4's were coming along nicely with a bit of boost, many holding 200 ish bhp without much bother, and if a vts lump is 125, thats going to be a right muncher

Fitting it yourself is one thing but even if you can do all the work yourself it's not going to work out cheaper than a vts engine. That's not to say don't do though why stick with the 1400?
