Need to fit the engine first, not got a timescale yet but hopefully soon.
Just need to consider hidden bits and bobs I may come across.

I presume that's a AN10 weld on bung but the complete oil return line , and which one for the bottom of the turbo . The one that bolts straight to the return ?

Yes, the one in the sump is an AN10 weld on bung,
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AN-10-10AN...item58a575b79c
thats what ive used on my turbo return, then an AN10 fitting to screw onto that.

Well, turbo feed and return pipes are made up.
Got the christmas period off work so i can borrow a ramp for a few days to get the engine fitted
just trying to thing what odds and ends i will need when it comes to fitting it?
things i may have forgotten or overlooked.

ive got 2'' piping, Although the 2.25 looks prettier
the intercooler isnt huge, ill pop a picture up its easier than trying to guess the size

The bigger the piping, the more lag you get,2.25 or 2" is pretty much perfect, I swapped 2.25 for 2.5 when I was running a measly 7psi, and it was noticeable the difference
It's more to do with the area volume it has to fill, I'd stick with 2" in conjunction with a 2.25" intercooler - should see you nearly instant spool as you put the foot down with a tiny turbocharger instead of *waiting * waiting* boost*

ahh well, ive come across an issue i completely overlooked.
My port spacings on the head for the inlet are OO OO whereas the one on my car atm are O O O O
Ive got the manifold for it, but they are slightly different, what goes to the ICV on the old mani?
also the screw in the outlet thingy?
2.
Breather system or vac?
And a pic of the intercooler
Its actually bigger than i thought

the idle control valve outlet needs to be re-plumbed back into the boost pipe just before the tb try getting the oem hose as it reaches to around there anyway to go back into the oem air box so will go into a t piece fine.
The 2 ports at the front are part of the purge canister and breather system, use the driver side one as the feed for boost to predator and the passenger side one for boost gauge and dump valve, dunno if that makes sense but its how I had it on mine although I didn't have the hose on icv so andy had to mess with the software a bit to sort that the screw in the outlet is the brake servo take off so careful taking screw out

make sure you change the map sensor from the 3 plug vtr inlet to this inlet as the 3 plug one being 4 wire has combined air temp sensor in it which you need

shall be swapping the sensors over
that would explain the air temp sensor before the throttle body on this inlet mani.

Moving my oil feed.
Looked into what boony said, and im going to take it off the remote filter that way my pipe will avoid the turbo and possible failure.
Got some leads and an ignition coil for the engine aswell, gets rid of the troublesome coilpack.
