^^This
Had the same issue with mine when i had std rad and single fan, switched to the vts housing and put the second fan on a switch for traffic and when temps started to rise. worked very well but the fan shroud takes up some room (might still have in the garage if your interested)
Looking good though Bud!

Cheers fella I'm running a slimline fan since fitting the vents I no longer have the issue but I've ordered one of those thermostats also got my actuator fitted today I'm now peaking at 4 psi which is obvs massively safer my boost controller should be here the weekend so the boost will be able to be increased when it's being mapped next on the agenda is get the hg done

not even a credit for finding the actuator :o how rude
Good updates dude, as soon as your MBC arrives get on the phone to wayne and then decide what psi to settle for when mapping and then post the figures
(can Wayne do power runs etc? wish he had a website)
Checked on google and he is 5 hours away so will have to rent a transport or a trailer to get it up there

One day I'll have a website again, but more as a booking portal really with tips, advice, requirements etc. Nothing promotional though because I don't need it.
Some people come from a lot farther away than West Sussex.... It's worth it when you get here though, lots of nice Northern Folk.
:-)

Well the latest update is the car is booked in for the hg to be redone in the 2nd week of July labour free I've just gotta supply the parts which is what I have here aswell as the thermostat that Sri130 shared the link to
I'm hoping to get her booked in with Wayne for round 2 of mapping the following week if he has a space
Currently the car looks like this
Nothing to worry about im having the wheels refurbed vtr wheels won't fit on the front so I've had to just leave it on axle stands should be done in a couple of days I've gone for gloss black again as I think it ties in well with the rest of the car
I also picked these up today for £40 which I think is a bargain
Just need to source some fronts now haha so that's it for now as always will keep the updates coming thanks for looking
