Default indicator relay

hi guys i have a saxo 1.1 on an 03 plate i was out in it today when the indicators just stopped flashing im sure its just the relay but as your aware the car has 2 fuse boxes and im not sure which is the right relay could you please help with telling me which it is please the fuse box inside the car on passenger side only has one relay but the fuse box under the bonnet has 2 relays any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

There's more then 1 under the dash if you look up behind it there's like 4 or something

anyone know where the handbrake adjuster is i mean is it on the handbrake or under the car or even on the wheels ?????
