First things i would do is fix the suspension, closely followed by the g/box and fitting of a rollcage - if you can get all that done before the summer season it would be sweet.
Engine work can then be done over next winter giving you time to save up for tb's, an ecu and the engine parts

I know, I know... I just couldn't help myself!
Hopefully if I'm frugal enough, I'll get the box sorted soon enough. The suspension is hopefully going on at the same time roughly as the bodies, so we can still buy together...

Well the quaiffe is up there with one of the best things i did on my car, the boddies will make it more drivable and the noise is great. But the suspension and G/box will improve things nicely!
And the cage is a good idea WHEN you join us for the ring

Yep, couldn't agree more. But my car has been crying out for proper engine management from day one, so I think this will be a good move.
I'm still consideRING...

i would reccomend a cage and good suspension first then thing about gearing and power as these two compliment each other. start from the cassis up and you cant go wrong! i am really impressed with how mine handles now and i think with a good setup yours will have the same feel and buzz mine gives me when you push pretty much all things (bar kit cars) round corners

Awesome wheel mate!
It looks like it 'sticks out' more than standard and is what I'm after.
What wheel is it exactly?
Thanks.

You got any plans for the dashboard mate, complete removal or some little bespoke number or anything in mind?

It does. Sticks out by about an extra 2 - 3 inches roughly.
It a rip of the OMP version. It's by RMD and can be had for a rather small fee from www.rallydesign.com A few of us got in on a group buy and it was dead cheap. You'll need a boss too...

Thanks bud.
Yeah, feels great. I like the way it sits closer. Previously, my arms were almost at full stretch, so this is sweet. Really lovin' it. Can't believe i've waited this long to do such a simple mod.

I would like to do some wiring on the centre console area. I need the fan switch sorted, so i might look into a way of getting some switches installed which will take care of the that, and also the hazard light. I might fit a cut-off switch in there too. The area to left might be a decent spot for an ECU, or possible a data logging tool I'll hopefully have shortly.
