that is what was suggested. the messages stay in your outbox until the recipient deletes the message from their inbox.

Why do people have a hang up with out boxes???

If you send someone a letter I bet you dont worry about if they keep it on top of the mantle piece or not

v4 will be MUCH different to the way this forum works... so you'll have to wait and see... and start a new list for improvements when we get there.
