IP banned.. - Saxperience

How does it work, say i got IP banned, that would stop me from using my internet connection to register right and log in?

So if i was logged out on saxp id still be able to view the forum? Then if i registered a new account on someone elses connection 5 miles away then came back here to log in on it, it would be fine? Or what?

if you got ip banned on ur connection surely you could use your iphone? not that i have any other form of internet connection just stating a way soneone else would use

unless you banned there email addresses username and ip address?

There are legitimate reasons why some IP addresses get banned. For that reason, I dont think its a good idea to openly talk about how to defeat an IP restriction. lol
