Thought the iPhone was cheap as fuck so snuck him a PM hoping i would get there first before any other scavengers got it, or blagged to him that he was selling it a bit too cheap

Made the deal, sent him the money...then checked the thread a while later to see a message from someone saying 'iphone is mine

'.....then another guy going no its mine ive paid for it

Instant rise in my blood pressure, called him a fucking bellend in a PM and phoned Mam to get her to file a claim instantly with Paypal, just a few hours after sending the money

I sent the money via goods as i'm wary of twats like this, he's sold the phone to 3 of us, and has been active since my messages to him but no reply

Absolute wankshaft, hope something bad happens to him

Can back up this scam claim as im one of the other lads that sent payment only to find out it was a scam! Fortunayl paypal seems to have sorted it so far so i hope the other two people involved are both as lucky

Paypal have held my money he cant touch it

The other 2 boys have got theirs back

He still has the phone for sale on pistonheads, pistonheads have been informed

I have 2 mobile numbers, his name, age, address, and details of his (former) employer

I phoned him to enquire about the phone he said its still for sale, i said nah im jus bullshittin ive already paid, whats the deal.. He said hes posting it and he has 2 of them, i said well youve sold it to 3 people and youre offering me one now so you must have 4? He said theyre lying about paying LOL

Paypal are looking into his account and checking other transactions and theres a good chance he will be getting blacklisted with banks, via Paypal, so hes fucked himself right up here what a noob

As far as i'm aware there was 3 of us on here who paid for the iPhone and we've all now been refunded. The other 2 claimed there money back before he could recieve it, and my money he refunded me earlier after i got his phone number and phoned him threatening police action, he was stuttering like fuck on the phone he didn't know what bullshit to try and tell me

If you need more info speak to saxo180 as i told him a bit more of this story which i can't repeat on the forum

I got sent a link to Clio Sport to download the pages to view as i aint a member to see the for sale section

Shocking he has conned a heap of them on there

I am gonna phone West Mercia Police HQ in his hometown Malvern, and report him and let them know whats going on

I have enough details on him hopefully they should be able to just go round and arrest him
