"Have You Been Spotted?" section improvements
Hi,
I think the "Have You Been Spotted?" section needs to be improved. People are posting thread titles in there with no relevent information for anyone to have a chance of seeing if they've been spotted.
For example -
"Saxos lots of them"
"pug"
"106 gti and vtr"
"Mk1 Mango"
ect..
An improvement that could be made is when you click "Post Thread" in that section, the Thread Title should be made up of a few boxes that are filled in by the Thread Author.
For example -
(Leave Blank if unknown)
Box 1 "Location" (Be as detailed as possible)
Box 2 "Car"
Box 3 "Car Colour"
Box 4 "Time spotted"
Box 5 "Date spotted"
Which would come out as -
"Ashford, Kent - Citroen Saxo - Posi Blue - 11.20am - 16/03/2009"
Then leaving the actual thread post to be edited by the author.
Would make it alot easier for people to see if they've been spotted, thus making the whole user experience better, and possibly friends being made, meaning a better community for everyone.
Dan.
Sooo boreed at woorrkkk.

that could help, but if people actually put relevant info in the thread title to begin with then there would be no need to discuss this, i agree with you that some of the thread titles are completely irrelevant, but thats justs people either being lazy or have just found a nice and easy thread to start, its a good idea though

agreed its fooking annoying. or they could have sub-sections for areas. but then you may aswell post in the regional sections.
