I like this idea! there are loads of really nice cars on here that I like and im sure everyone is the same and a little 'well done keep it going' type appreciation would be good imo.
I would hope that everyone on here wouldnt kick up any fuss as to who gets voted for as there are alot of cars and some people have put in crazy effort into them!
Maybe start a simple thread where people can vote once as to weither they think this is a good idea or not and go from there!

The point of it aint really for debating against tbh, its to recognise a car that has plenty time, effort and attention to detail put in. There are alot of cars on this site that have been worked on for years that fade into the background, simply because the owner doesnt update their progress thread everytime they change a bulb or get new tyres and so forth....
The idea of it going ahead is great but would be brilliant to know what is going to happen with it though..

I think this is a really good idea, just a suggestioni have could have themed months such as best turbo'd saxo for one. Month and next best 1.1 ect. Just an idea

why not have a thread where everybody interested could post a picture of there car up?
then people can have a look at them all to decide who they want to vote for.

this is a great idea we did a car of the month comp on my old 206 forum and it worked great
the themes are good idea as well
also love the calender idea that way the winners get a longer reign rather than 1 winner and 11 runners up
