For sale thread-poster having deleting power
I think it would be a good idea for thread-starters in the for sale section to be able to delete other posts in the thread... to get rid of cluttering spam (since many people don't follow the for sale rules) and posts that potentially threaten a successful sale (like someone saying 'I'm selling one too!')
Just a thought...

Sounds a good idea mate to be honest, but I don't know if it will be implemented.
There was talk of having dedicated moderators within that section, but nothing has been mentioned since.
