Ive been readin this and ive been the latest victim! Wahoo!

I have spoken to the police and i am getting interviewed. Trying to get as much info as possible!

If anyone knows anything, litrally anything, PM me it so i can give evidence.

1. Tim_1 - £250 for a VTS engine- No refund yet
2. Bide_furio - £70 for angel eyes - two failed refunds and loss of communication
3. danzman1991 - £30 for Smoked Jewels - Two failed refunds
4. VTS_pjsaunders06 - £50 vts interior, constant lies
5. Nij - £45 Phase 2 black rear spoiler - lies all the time
6. Adamhighfield - £60 - VT* front bumper - lies
7. Duffy_89 - £170 - VTS Alloys - No refund yet... lots of lies and excuses
8. RCD Performance - £200 - Alloys - Failed Refund.
9. Gabbastard - £180 - 106 interior. Loads of excuses then no contact.
10. Kev999_vtr - £35 meshed grill. Claims it is in the post at the mo after very late postage.
11. p-nut - 235 - gti leather interior, no refund yet
12.nme224 80 quid cylinder head
13.Sparco_Tom £70 raceland manifold
14.my_vtec_eater £78 front morettes,several failed refund attempts
15. Mr_VTS-16v £200 Saxo VTS Engine, No Refund !!

Did you use paypal or pay by a tracable means - cheque or suchlike? If so, then lodge a small claims court claim against him. Go to your local Citizens Advice Bureau and theyll be able to give you all the details. Its as easy as paying 15 quid (might be 21 or so in England) and filling in a form in duplicate, then submitting it to your local sheriff court (or English equivalent).

I did it and received a refund.

i used paypal to pay for a set of alloys 3 weeks ago from Citsport and 3 times a courier tries picking them up with mixed results everytime

I cant get ahold of him and would advise anyone not to deal through him

Made payment into paypal, said the lights i bought had been sent. 2 months down the line no lights and he now posts saying will swap to someone else? I asked for refund month ago,nything i can do ?

If it was a full payment (i.e. not a gift), you will be able to open a dispute through paypal, stating that goods were not recieved. Paypal will investigate and hopefully get a refund. Although there is a time limit. Could always try phoning/e-mailing Paypal directly to see if there is anything they can do if the time limit has been exceeded already.

address rings a bell, oh thats right, he's the arsehole who paid me for a set of rear lights via paypal and collected in person then tried the old "if i paypal you £100 can you let me have £50 cash for petrol" scam on me, when i told him that wasn't going to happen he started a paypal dispute against me saying the lights were never delivered. was under a different user name on here, he ended the paypal dispute and was most dischuffed when i put his address etc up on here, lives approx 3 miles from me if thats his proper address, proper dweeby looking fella he is too!!!
