Atkins diet

I want to prove to you how the akkin diet worked for one of my friends. He started it a year ago and did it religusouly for about 8 months. he also excercised all the time gym everyday and lots of jogging. He was huge everyone used to call him fat.

And this was him at christmas on holiday he is the one on the right. Its hard to show you because this pictures are not the best ones but he lost over 7 stone. He has got a sic pack now and is in better shape than me lol im in the middle on the second picture.
