I don't use the multitasking gestures so I have no idea. I'm fairly certain my iPhone is running quicker now.

Any idea how I can update my jailbroken 4.3.5 as not being able to turn off the phone without starting it tethered is a bit annoying.

Also I didn't save anything from when I jail broke it

You'll lose your jailbroken apps either way. Just sync it with iTunes, update with iTunes and then re-jailbreak with he new jailbreak software above.

The new jailbreak doesn't require it to be plugged in anymore to restart

I tired to update it withy itunes but it fails, can't remember the error

Fair enough, might have to re-jailbreak mine later see if that helps.

got it sorted in the end bud, thanks for the heads up though as I was stuck on 4.3.5 and I couldn't turn off my phone when I went offshore which you are meant to haha.
