Default How to bypass imoboliser

Hi, my car worked fine yesterday went to start the car this morning and when I put the key in the key light on the dash board keeps flashing and the engine won't start help on what I can do?

easiest way would be to reach around the glove box pull the immobilsier box out (there is a guide on here) and buy an unlocked ecu or get yours unlocked

or i wouldve though you could get the ecu, imobiliser box, ignition pick up ring and the key (either swap the chip in to your original key or get the entire lock set from the donor car or jsut have another key to start you car from what you use to lock your car)

my mates focus wouldnt start the other day, turned out to be the imobilsier, ford wanted £1600 to fix it which is probably the second option i gave you but rip off main dealer prices, could probably the the lot for £20 from a scrappy

Just pulling the immo off in that sit wont work, as the ecu has to reconize the immo to 'unlock'

I started my car leftist running and pulled the immobiliser box off and chucked it away, had no issues and it was done months ago

i didnt say that i said take the immo box off and fit an unlcoked ecu, didnt say it would unlock his ecu by pulling the box out

Reboot .... disconnect the battery, wait a bit and then reconnect - worked on both of mine when they had a problem reading the key (flashing key symbol on dash and no start).

Worth a try and costs nowt.

Hello there my name is Dave I recently purchased a 1.1 Peugeot 106 1997 and put a black top VTR into the car now I have the Ecu with the engine and the tit who removed the engine forgot the key pad code iv man aged to bypass the fuel pump so I have a feed direct off battery for the min but no spark is there any way that this can be bypassed at all as it won’t run on spi Ecu need the moo if not Whitchurch of the 8 legged chips do I remove really stumped any help would be greatly appreciated as iv hit a wall and it’s heart breaking thanks in advance ��
