ph3's are the same as 708's or as close as.
you can run the car without a re-map as long as you use the correct timing settings supplied, but to get the full benefits you need a remap.

not sure if the followers are uprated.
this will be going ahead mid-end of jan as thats when i planned it for, so everyone can gather funds, plus newman need time to make them, so to that, no can't go earlier really.
on 64K, some may say yes, some no, your choice really.

I've got a VTS engine with 70k on it, that I'm going to partially rebuild, cam, and put in my Westcoast.
The way I look at it is that for £106, I'd rather not potentially mess up the engine, i.e. bent valves etc. because a follower failed which could cost £££. when I've got the opportunity to purchase them at a cheaper price and put them in whilst the engine is on a stand.

I don't know what's going on for the 8v'ers regarding other discounted items, or indeed what could do with being changed when fitting uprated cam. Best to search around on here and on saxosportsclub.

Followers from citroen are silly money, looking at over 200 quid after my discount!!! so followers from newmans are a bloody good price. And anyone umming and arring about weather to change the followers it doesnt matter how many miles your engine has done you should be replacing them when putting a new set of cams in.
And oh well looks like i will have to wait then
