£100 off Iphone
No doubt everyone will have these now, O2 and CarphoneWarehouse cutting the price of the 8gb to just £169, read about it here
Also it mentions the rumours about the new 3G handset as the price of current handset is falling, and stock not be refilled.
Seems pretty bad luck to those people who have already splashed out, both on O2, and if a new release is on the horizon the possible resale value of them will have dropped

anyway.... I'm glad you raised this Sutchy...
I lost my mobile on sunday so I need to get a new one.... do I buy an eye-Phone???

No, you can get better deals elsewhere that arent trying to milk you for all your worth because they stick a piece of fruit on their hardware and make everyone love it.

Iphone tbh, your gonna have to splash some cash sooner or later Derv, you got more camera gear than you do car. Its time to buy some everyday cool! 
Nice how they butter up how cheap and irrisistable it is and then when your ready to sign your name they shoot you down with a comment like this: "Speculation is mounting about the release date of the 3G version of the device. "

you know what... dadsayer offered to buy me a 40D... except they were out of stock... opportunity missed. feck.
I think I'll just buy a crappy phone to be honest... I've read reviews on the iPhone and to be honest a lot of it is just gimmicks. I only use mine to take sly shots of women and the odd phone call... Iphone is just a bit of a waste to be honest.

Its apple. It always happens, not just with iPhone. The computer rage is the same.
Its the risk you take when buying Apple goods.
Cant wait till the 3g one comes out (if it does). EDGE is ok but sometimes just not quick enough.

Edge is painfully slow and I only seem to get Edge reception whilst hurtling down the motorway.

Yeah you just don't sign up for the contract, jailbreak and unlock it first using Leckie's guide.
