just read this whole thread ... lol
i have a powerflow and would recomend them ... been on for about 6 months and seriously its still shiny underneth and so is the back box and tip
however the only other exhaust i have had is standard so i cant really compare to other brands tbf ...
Sits and sounds perfect tho ...

Powerflow materials are of good quality yes, but they are not a true 'performance' exhaust, yeah it's better than standard, but won't give as good gains as a properly designed mandrel exhaust.
I have one on mine and had no problems with it as of yet though.

if there good quality then why are there so many reports of them rusting to bits? (i have seen several myself)

Could be different batches/franchises. The steel they are made from isn't normally prone to rusting. Mine's been on for a year now, and living in the countryside, with LOTS of potholes and incredible amounts of mud/water, and mine's not been a problem at all!

I have powerflow cat back on my VTR. Bought it very cheap second hand from eBay... so no idea where it was made.
My views?
Was a fucking shit fit when the car was std height, and is only slightly better now it's lowered.
Been on a year and is still in good condition and sounds pretty good - loud on full throttle but relatively restrained through town.
I quite like it, but with the pure "randomness" of powerflow, I wouldn't buy another

Look what cars the haters drive and there age... Then look what cars the pooflows are on?
Notice somthing ?

Im 22 drive a saxo vts and have a power-flow..
And its ticking every box for me think i will always have a power-flow exhaust

IV got one on mine and tbh i dont know if its the back box but i think it sounds pants, makes my car sound like a diesel less your booting it. Personally proffer raspy exhausts. Try youtube with different makes to get an idea of what sound you want,

All im saying i them who all claim they have one?? Must ov had it made wrong or as just following everyone else... And if you hate them so much. .why have one put on your car...and dont give me this sh*t it was already on when you bought it....
