Track tyres ive only tried A048s and R888s. A048s being better, just have to get the tyres pressures correct or the rear gets happy.
Moulded slicks are a LEAGUE ahead of track tyres, Kumho C03s But at like 150 quid a corner less VAT.... lol.

Ive only used R888s, although that was due to them being so cheape compaired to A048Rs.
Going on many people I know the R888s are not anywhere as good and now they have priced themselves so people can buy the better tyre for not alot more.

Not bad Yates, what sort of pressures were you running? Mine would blister after about 30mins LOL

Well ent tried them yet, but in an review against 888 and a048 and few other the silverstone type RR came out on top they are like 123 quid plus vat for one, I got mine for 80 quid, going to try them see what they are like for me.
Burnt there slot other ones out there, federal have a good looking tyre too, shop area for a good price.
I spent about two weeks ring round to find a good deal.

I used 7-22-15 Avon ACB10's for road legal slicky tyres on the hills, ace grip but bloody expensive!
I use Avon slicks now, awesome grip but even more expensive.

I use an A15 (soft) compound Avon slick tyre size 7.5-21.5-15", kinda like a 195-45-15 for hillclimbs.
Supreme grip, still adjusting to the the increased levels of grip compared to the ACB10.
