its great!!

i am so pleased i found this class i love it! first time tonight so i didnt sweat very much, it was the last week of an eight week routine so i joined at the wrong time but it gave me an insight to what its all about!

the routine was to robbie williams rock dj.. very up beat and fast! the choreography was great too its like what the backing dancers do in pop videos.

cant wait till next week.

just watch all the fat fall off!

Did wonders for the body in terms of toning.

i would do it if i was a female!

they have body combat at my gym, basically doing kicks and punches to music, dont think that i could to that tho lol

mite try body pump, its ment to help build muscles
