seller rep
have a seperate rep for selling/trading that way we can se if anyone has mucked people around and left bad selling rep or if the transaction was good and left good rep, used to have it on the punto turbo forum

cheers would mean that if people are gettign messed about it wont happen to another person within reason obviously and if you buying something expensive you want to be sure your goign to receive the part e.g dastek etc... and if you see they have had previous sales without problems then you will have more peice of mind as you shouldnt get ripped off coz once u transfered the money via paypal u cant get it back unless te funds are still in there paypal

Just as an example of this visit www.migweb.co.uk they have a good system in place to show how reputable a seller or buyer is, however im sure saxp could ellaborate on this!!

ive seen it on corsa c uk, they have a trade rep or along those lines so i think that would be a good idea, but sometimes there is cock ups and things happen so have to be able to remove it or the mods remove it

good idea but wht if the postman fucks up i ordered something off ebay once and took 3 weeks to araive and was stuck in the post office for 2 weeks 4 days

yeah but that is an explainable fault no like they didnt send it or didnt come as described, and like egay maybe if its neg feedback the person can reply to the rep explaining themselfs

Thats a really good idea I currently leav rep for people I trade with but it has no real affect to anyone other than the person I brought from, so making it public is a really good idea.

Yeh, sounds like a good idea to me, although id feel safe buyin n selling from members with high rep anyway cus u know they have put in the hours on the forum being helpful and building up a positive reputation. Its only low rep'd members that would benefit from this kind of thing. The people who dont know alot about the workings of their car but like to sell and buy things
