we could have best steering wheel section, best seats, best neons, best soundsystem sections aswell.
seriously, definately what j bliss has said the same questions are repeated everyday especially on induction kits where a written section will answer all these.

nail and head matt.
There are to many grey areas in all areas. For instance best styling is totally down to the individual like jap to euro smooth. Engine mods there isnt a best induction kit as there have never been back to back testing same with exhausts. ICE arguements would go on forever with SQ, SPL, streetbass people rioting in the streets.
Good idea but when you break it down it gets to messy

a polling section is the best way to proceed as it allows everyone to give an opinion and is readable at a glance

Cant? different mods work better on different applications. Theres to much to determin the best Exhaust, or induction kit, or suspension etc
Maybe a top 5?

this would be interesting but difficult
best exhaust - is that best for looks, best for sound, best for peak power, best for torque.. best for lightness.. best for cheapness, best for longevity, best for racing, best for emissions....?????
most mods are a compromise somewhere so one persons best isn't necessarily the next mans
