I have got the TomTom XL IQ routes UK + Full Europe which is really good. Cost me £149.99 though so a bit over your budget
This one however, the TomTom IQ routes UK + ROI, is essentially the same but has a smaller screen and doesnt cover europe. Its just over £100

I really like my TomTom because it has the IQ routes and lane guidance built in.
The IQ routes takes you on a different route depending on the time of day and the day of week that you are traveling. It enables you to divert around the normal hold ups at those times of day. So it may take you a different way on a Monday morning that it would on a Saturday night
Lane Guidance brings up a computer image of the junction on motorway when you approach it. It then indicates which lanes you should be in by having green arrows in them and red arrows in the lanes which you do not want to be in. I find this one of the best features.
