i almost brought a corsa with a retop engine but ended up going for vts, a standard red top in a corsa is about the same as a vts not much in it, i prefer saxo personally

In a stright line my mates redtop kills my vts, it's in the corners they lack ability.

The term Redtop refers to some higher powered Vauxhall engines fitted to Cavaliers, Astras etc which have red rocker covers/engine covers.

I'd post a pic for you but I can't be arsed so Google it.

A lot of Corsa boys like taking 2.0 Turbo Redtops out of these larger Vauxhalls and sticking them in their smaller lighter cars which in turn makes them a hell of a lot faster!!

re. your mate. He's full of shit and deserves to be told so.

I'll reply in a mature manner but anyways it means sticking one of these into a Corsa..

They orginally come out of a 2.0l Vauxhall Cavalier.

Theres no actual reason why you couldn't fit one to a saxo..... it would just take alot of custom work. If you can get it in the front of a mini then why the fuck not!?? You never know his mate might be a realy good fabricator its just that no one knows about it? look at that evo engined saxo thats just appeared in projects
