Decent system needed
Av currently got a Pionner DEH P80, Alpine components and JBL 6x9's wired up. Got a Mutant sub and amp too but not wired up (still dunno how to after months). But speakers keep popping so need a new system. Aiming to spend around £200-£300 for some decent stuff. Anyone got any recommendations of decent set ups i could get.
Thanks.

Could start by losing the 6x9's?
and then amping a good set of components up?

Alot of people on here suggest Boston S50's. http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/bost...cs-p-4389.html
I cant really explain how to wire up the amp. i know how to do it just find it hard to put into words. Predator_VTR is your best bet for that. or do a search for a guide!
If a audio shop cant help you then they obviously aint very good.

Liking the look of them boston's, not too expensive either. Any idea of fitting charge on them? And thinking of getting a new head unit but not too expensive any good ones to be recommended?

you could easily fit them yourself tbh mate!
Alpine is always a good headunit to go for. i have one and cant fault it at all.

yea bostons are a good first step!
they arent really that hard to fit. just take the door card off drill the rivets out. (unless you have screws) swap over wiring. rivet back in. bobs your uncle..
unless your going to amp them. then its a little more complicated.

Get the bostons and search for a wiring guide
Go to the audio shops or call up suppliers of those Bostons and ask them which amp and wiring kit is best then follow the guide given with the kit and get help from mates, pros and online guides if ya can.
What could you not wire up the amp and sub?
