Supercharger or Turbocharger?
Hi All,
I own a 1996 1.4 VSX saxo. More or less all the standard equipment when it was brought as the lady who owned it before didn't really drive it and was kept in a garage so it is in mint condition. All I have done is put in a 2400 watt amp with alpine type r 13cm components in the front and 6 x 9 typr r's in the back and will be getting a second amp for a sub at some point as well but first i would like to get some more power from my engine.
I am already going to buy a new air filter but i am stuck on if I should get a Supercharger or Turbocharger?
I am a little strapped for cash at the moment but don't mind buying second hand if need be.
Any advice would be deeply appriciated.
Thanks in advance.

upgrade your battery, so the supercharger can get a good 12volts

turbo or supercharge question,
and to top it off, "i haven't got much cash."
I reckon it's someone mucking about lol
EDIT: and if it isn't a wind up, better get saving lol

yes save aload of money and don,t waste it on air filter which will fit neither a turbo or s/c cnversion .
If the car is as mint as you say then lok after it --getting harder and harder to find a good roling shell to modify .
but If this isn,t a wind up ,best advice is save loads of money and change it to a 16 unit at same time--then you can eat the evo,s + scoobies when done
