Interesting, is that c4 explode completely safe and legal etc. ?
I am currently using no-xplode. It's good, but I have a feeling I used to prefer mp assault (haven't had any in a while, can't remember exactly).
Unfortunately I think I've reached the point where I dislike training without my pre-workout, I feel like my workouts arent as good or enjoyable without, which I know isnt good.

I went to the gym with my mate after he had a line of coke. He couldnt be arsed to do anything just wanted to go for a swim and done my head in lol

I hope it's safe and legal!
If I was you I'd stop the gym for a bit. I only ever use my pre work out once a week

Defcon1 Platinum Labs is pretty decent mate.
Contains choline and also has no crash at all. I have the original Jack3d here also and i switch between them and i would say the Defcon1 gives a better feel and also the Jack3d can make you feel depressed after your workout due to the Dmaa

I been told about dhacks powerstack, not tried it myself thou.
Ones I've used have been gaspari Superpump Max, Bsn no xplode, pro supps Mr Hyde, sci Mx xplode hardcore, musclepharm assault, k-otic, jack3d, craze.
If I had to chose one Id go for superpump max
