Ok if all three of the above have stopped working this is what you do.
Remove the steering column cover (held on by 2 torx) and under the steering column is a light brown plastic connector with 2 red wires going in the right side and 2 brown wires coming out the left side.
Cut the 2 brown wires and join them together. Make sure you solder the wires or use a proper crimp connector and make sure u use insulation tape to cover it. and tape up the 2 lose ends of the brown wires.

This is for the people who have checked all the fuses and made sure there is no loose wires any where.

i have the problem of the heaters only working on the 3rd setting, nothing else, top man for hosting the pic tho

its by passing a switch in the ignition its a common falt on the saxo even citroen do this mod (so ive been told) its this or pay for a new ignition.

Steveosaxo- it could just be the fan switch its self get a new 1 from the scrappys id try that b4 any thing else. cos its only working on 1 setting id say it was the fan switch

if uve only got 1 problem then dont do this mod id just investigate the the problem first. this mod is for if all 3 things arnt working.

i had this problem mate and didnt bother fannying about with the wires. i got a new ignition barrel fitted, the contacts went in the old one, its a common fault on saxos, i needed to buy a whole new lock kit from shitreon.

i had done the mod and its great citoren engi even told me how to do it!!!

when i had me first saxo (ages ago) i had this problem and ended up buyining a full new lock set!!
wish i knew about this quick mod back then.

so the two loose brown wires (not on the plug) just connect them together
coz they look like they are taped to the other brown wire
and what is a rear demister

lol, i just started my car up cause it hasnt been for afew days and guess what, the power steering, heaters and rear demister aint working...TYPICAL...
gonna check the fuses tomorrow ect ect ect

ok im gonna look at the fuses now but theres a fuse box in the engine bay and a fuse box in the dash board..does anyone which fuse box its in and which fuse it is!?
ive looked threw my hand book and it doesnt say power steering on any of them....?
