248bhp and 236lbs/ft @20psi, it made 220bhp @15psi so its being strangled over 1 bar
i think the exhaust manifold is holding it back as it hits 5k and the power just drops off . ill make a new manifold with bigger primarys and longer runners next winter so i can at least use the car this year

due to my gearing it under reads the power figures on the rollers, i have a 0.8 4th gear so the figure is about 20% off the real power so with a 1.1 4th its closer to 300bhp@fly but has alot more to come as the turbo should make power up to the redline, i didnt want to run the water/meth untill the other issue is sorted but it should still be fun to drive this year

it took 3 of us sat on the slam panel to stop it lifting out of the rollers lol

standard size valves mate but cut back with a heavily ported head

i think it weighs in at about 800kgs at the mo


it will be at the pod at the end of march

yeah around 5.5k can see it drop off but still martin you'll be beasting pretty much anything that gets in your way

Not sure what to make of the graph Martin, is that as much as you revved it or did you rev it out? What's the rev limit set at?

As the above, looks like fuelling, as that is a serious drop off. On that graph did you try to run it up to the redline, and that was the result?

yes adam it was run up to the limiter but as soon as it hit 5.5k ish you could see the power drop off

not sure what they were running at

jamie did say before he started he didnt think 390cc's were big enough, and now you say pump i have a sytec one thats only rated to 300bhp

im running 440s at about 60-70% iirc? at 218bhp (ill have to check)

id say your injectors would have been maxxed out at that power???

EDIT- the 337 ones i got off you were hitting 80% at 163bhp when i was using 10psi..but it was overfueling alot aswel

i was hopeing you would se this sandy (although i guess you need more info than just the graph)

not sure on the dip, the powere band of the cam is 3-7k, i didnt know what to make of the dip or the suddon power loss

it will be on the rollers next weekend at surrey RR so ill see if the dip at 2.5 is there on their rollers


i took it out for a drive yesterday and i need 4 pots lol, my master cyl has gone aswell so was a bit scary but once on boost its just mental, it still had the shit tyres on i had on for mapping so had no grip but christ it fast.

its a bit too laggy for the track and road but should be ok on the strip, i might look at swapping to a .48 housing, i know it will loose a bit of power but that wont affect it too much lol
