What would be a good, cheap amp to run it?

something that can give 400 RMS @ 4Ohm - will peak the Woofer

but that doesnt mean to have to peak it...
there are plenty of things that will perform that kind of power for 150 ish BNIB.

just look for what it can produce at 4Ohm, i assume you will only be using 1 sub?

Yes you will need a mono block... Simple powering one sub really... Like Tonto said, look for an amp that gives you 4Ohms on your output and you're flying... Make sure purchase or make a suitable size box to house that lovely sub, and you should get all the bass you need.

Remember.. Loads of booming bass isn't always the best.. Don't forget to balance your bass with enough mids and trebles
