But why is it peaking so high? I thought you were tuned to like 30hz?

its tuned 35hz but as you no it will normaly be higher than what its tuned to i think it might be because i have it facing the roof but il be making some port blockers to tune it down about

did you design the box boxes using the re box calculator or winISD or somthing similar because i know the re box calculator is off by about 10% it makes the ports too short causing higher tuning. i use it for ploting out box sizes but then use winISD to get the vent length

if you download winISD its great free program and fairly accurate it give you things like cone excursion at different freq and power inputs port air velocity etc check it out

I think that would be 0.25 or 0.5 ohms... Dont hold me to that though.

umm i need around 2ohm so think il just wire it up like that and get volt meter out il post some pics of the new install later today too

You will have to wire half in series and half in parallel i think mate.
Does this mean you have bought all 6 gt5's??

im going to use to one amp for a cuple weeks witch is gonna be giving them around 185 rms each witch thay should still play pretty well as it does take much to move them but once i get back from holiday il be buying another 2 jbl 1201.1 so there all getting 550 each
