fair enough lol , my mates got the single version of it and paid £120 and think its good for the money and considering this is the double version which is like £200 in halfords and is on ebay for under £100 i thought it was a good deal , any other full kits at this price that you can recommend?

Agreed! That amp will not even come close to powering the subs properly, and for £100 you could get so much better imo! 
This Fli Package might be a bit over budget, but the amp is 500rms, and is very well built! It comes with a bass remote and it will sound good! I used to own this amp and i was very impressed with it tbh!
If thats a little steep, just go for one sub. Like this Fli sub and JBL amp for £100

Its all about JBL, the best ever. My front and back speakers amps and subs are JBL really powerfull and quality

Im selling the same one i brought from halfords when was on a budget lol its not that bad for the price and the bass is ok but iv got pioneer stuff now

What do you want from the system mate?
Are you after quality, or out and out bass?
Either of those would do the job, but the JBL package is obviously better quality, however, with the fli you are getting 500rms and 2 300rms subs in a better box than the jbl.
I think i might actually go for the fli one tbh!
