Default Door Speakers

I am thinking of upgrading from the stardards to Alpine door speakers. I have had Alpine before and the quality is a lot better. The door speakers that are in at the moment are held in by rivets.

Question: If I drill the rivets out how do I hold in the new Speakers?

Thanks.

Erm... new screws mate. The rivets shouldnt be no more than 3-4mm wide so use a small drill bit first see what happens. Then put your new screws in.

As above. Also, considering upgrading to JBL rather than alpine.

just drill the rivets ever so much that they fall out.
