Can you repost image please! Thanks!! i can't find a hole to put my power cable!

get a torch, get in the passenger side, look under dash, big black rubber thing will be visible, feel with your hand if need be, push a sharp knife through then put a screwdriver/ coat hanger through, look under bonnet and you will see it poking through near the air filter

I hate the feeling of tearing stuff that I dont actually know if im tearing the right bit lol

you cant really do much if any damage. Just make sure you disconnect the battery! and don't force anything. It isnt that hard
