Htc hd2
Anyone got one, used one, know someone with one... from my previous thread about my mobile im sick of it and my network well theve sorted me out and now im looking to getting a new phone and ive narrowed it down to HTC HD2 or a Blackberry curve... i like the BB pins idea but there are apparently not very stable phone and theres not much bad with the HTC 1Ghz processor (all most as much as my old laptop :o ) its meant to be mega fast aswell and its on a very stable Windows mobile platform.

Ive had the hd2 for 7 months now and don't regret it at all, i was a little worried at first going with a 2 year contract but the phone is so customizable i doubt ill get bored of it anytime soon.
I barely have to use my laptop anymore as i do most things on my phone, checking email, on sax-p, and streaming online radio stations mostly.
its a hell of alot faster than my laptop too. the opera browser is very fast and easy to use/navigate.
anything else you need to know, just ask

Loving my HD2, Crap loads of custom roms for it and lots of customisation options about.
Has wireless N too, Only mobile I know that has that.

I had a g1 for 1 1/2 years and i was going to go for an iphone but i had a play with 1 and i didnt like it so i went for the htc desire and its great, yes android is a little behind with apps but they are going to come on loads very soon. I love having a different phone to the rest of the world.

yeah its good having a phone that all ur mates dont have. everyone is blown away when they see the screen size of the hd2 and what its able to do.
i dont even use it to its full potential, thier are so many customisations roms tweaks etc i never know where to start. ive got bsb tweaks and a few little apps but thats about it.
one thing it is excellent with is multitasking i can be streaming some online radio while on the internet with a load of other apps open, admittedly it does slow done with more apps open but not by very much
music on it is good, with a nice interface if it could store 60gb of music itd replace my ipod for sure

Loads of tweaks here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=583638
The custom roms are real easy to install.
The HD2 can also act as a wireless router itself, So your laptop could get wireless via your phone.
