Revs all over the place when slowing, engine sounds rough
The engine sounds rough like its struggling
When I slow down to a near stop the revs will go down to 0 and back up again like its about to conk out but never does, sometimes it wont do it, only happens randomly, started happening the last few days.
Cant be the oxygen sensor as I just had a brand new one put in around 3 weeks ago.
What could it be ? ICV ?

if it's not the lambda, I would:
Take off and clean air filter
Take off and clean throttle body
Take off the ICV and clean it (black goo builds up on them)
Fuel filter?
I'm having same issue at the moment, but I think mine is the lambda... or more specifically, that I have no 2nd lambda...

my old saxo used to do this..
it was one of the pipe which used to go on the standard airbox was sucking onto the engine parts..

After cleaning my icv, throttle, it didn't solve my problem..
I thought it was lambda, so been in garage today. It wasn't the lambda.
it was MAP sensor. See my problem here

Ok i took the ICV apart and cleaned it with carb spray and a few j-cloths. Took it out that night and didnt do it once.
But then today its started doing it again, it doesnt do it all the time just happens randomly.
I will come to slow down to a near stop and the revs will go down to 0 then back to 10 like its going to cut out, but if i give it a rev it sorts itself out.
Do you think its anything to do with the cambelt as that is starting to squeek as the car is on 59k now and will be looking to get it changed at 60k.
