Hey,
Just been given a new camera for crimbo. Its a SONY DSLR-A100W. I havent got a clue about photography and cameras
Anyone had any experience with this camera?
Any good for a beginner?
I take it theres a lot to learn, but its all fun

Haven't used any of the Sony range, but have heard they are easy to use for beginners.

Only advice I can give is...GET OUT AND TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING LOL. Get creative and just go with the flow. Check which shots your happy with or like and work around them or try different things.

Get yourself on 'Talk Photography'.

Well ive been using it all day taking pics of the family and so on, and it seems pretty simple? Like you said ive been taking photos of everthing lol... even stupid things such as clocks!
