Default help Rear pads keep falling out ?

the back brake pads keep falling out when im driving , I have tightened the
handbrake so they are not loose etc.

any ideas what could be causing this ?

Are the retaining pins in? Do you have the little angle shims in? Pics of the rears??

There should be an L shaped metal shim holding the pads in with a small retaining pin through it to stop it wandering off...

I have the retaining clips all in place.

its a total mystery as to why they keep falling out
